Job Purpose Summary - To manage motor claim related surveys at workshops.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- In house claim inspections.
- Technical assessment.
- Manage relationship of the allotted counters
- Handling customer issues (Both internal and External) to ensure customer delight.
Education Qualification: B.E. / Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical)
Candidates from Motor dealership background handling motor surveys will be preferred
